1..乾煎,,,洒胡椒塩!
2..紅燒....先乾煎後備用!
用少許油,,炒香葱、薑、蒜,再放入一碗水,煮開!再自酌,加入醬油、糖、少許味精,
完全煮沸後!!!放入乾煎後備用之豆豆,悶1分鐘起鍋!
3...清蒸豆仔,,,,切細薑絲舖魚身,自酌,,洒塩、味精,淋少許米酒,,,,蒸13~15分,
切葱末備用,,蒸13~15分後,掀蓋,洒上葱末 ,蓋蓋,再悶10秒,勿太久,起鍋,,,就0k了!
